Vinhomes Central Park- Luxury Apartment is a homestay in Binh Thanh, 2.6 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with self-contained apartments of one to four bedrooms, all with lake views. Each unit has a private entrance and a private bathroom, and the larger apartments add a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator and microwave, which suits families and small groups who want to cook. Within a short walk are Đình thần Phú An, a temple 300 m away, and Chùa Văn Thánh, a pagoda 400 m away. The Bến Ba Son ferry terminal is 950 m away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.4 km away, and the property's paid airport shuttle is the simplest link to it. Saigon Railway Station is 4.1 km away, and Ba Son Station is 1.1 km away. The centre of Ho Chi Minh City is 2.6 km away, so taxis and ride-hailing cars are the easiest way to reach the sights of District 1, such as Ben Thanh market and the Opera House.

For a day out, Thi Nghe Market is 850 m away and sells fresh food and everyday goods. The Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens, also 850 m away, combines a zoo with shaded gardens.
